NSCDF Annual Event

The Northside Community Development Fund’s Annual Luncheon will be held at the Hyundai Club at PNC Park on November 13, 2019, from 11:00 AM to 2:30 PM. John Fetterman, Lieutenant Governor of the Pennsylvania will be our keynote speaker this year.
Since NSCDF’s inception in 2000, the Fund has provided financing to more than 230 small businesses and strategic real estate projects on the Northside. We have increased our loan capital to almost $14 million, continued our SBA Micro Loan program to help start-up businesses, and continue to provide financing for residential and commercial real estate development projects in Northside neighborhoods. Since our inception, we have provided financing totaling more than $25 million.
The Fund works closely with neighborhood and business leaders to insure we are investing in job-creating businesses and strategically important real estate development projects that are consistent with a broader Northside revitalization strategy. We need your leadership and support to build on this success.
We will recognize several key partners who have done much to reinvest in our Northside neighborhoods. We expect more than 200 business, governmental and community leaders to gather for this important event.
