About the Fund
2004 Annual Celebration
The Northside Community Development Fund is a subsidiary of the Northside Leadership Conference. The Fund promotes community development on Pittsburgh’s Northside by:
Providing financial products and development services to encourage business expansion and job creation.

Offering financial products and development services to stimulate entrepreneurship and encourage the development of women- and minority-owned businesses.
Leveraging resources for housing development to increase development capacity and production.
The Fund was established in 2000 as a Community Development Financial Institution certified by the U.S. Department of Treasury. We provide loans and financing for businesses and real estate development projects throughout the Northside of the City of Pittsburgh. We also provide an array of business support services.
